The Giving With Style Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Adjectives, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “Adjectives”) and benefits Ribbon Riders, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (the “Beneficiary”).
SUMMARY: The Giving With Style Contest provides an opportunity for local artists to create an original piece of art that relates to the mission of Ribbon Riders, an Orlando-based nonprofit organization that provides assistance to sufferers of breast cancer to ensure that they receive proper treatment. The winning piece of art will be placed onto t-shirts and other products, which will be made available for purchase online and in Adjectives stores. Proceeds from the sale of these items will go directly to Ribbon Riders. To learn more about Ribbon Riders, please visit their website at www.ribbonriders.org. Entrants should consider the appearance of the final products in creating their artwork.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350) in cash.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to individuals, eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry, who are legal residents of the United States. Employees of Adjectives and their immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and grandparents), and those domiciled with any of the foregoing may enter but are not eligible to win any prize.
ENTRY: All entrants must submit an original work of art suitable for production on t-shirts and other consumer products. You may enter electronically, via mail, or in person. To enter electronically, visit our website at https://www.adjstyle.com/givingwithstyle-register. To enter by mail, mail your entry to Adjectives Giving With Style, 1200 E. Altamonte Dr., Ste. 1010, Altamonte Springs FL 32701, and include your name, address, telephone number, and email address. To enter in person, bring your submission to our store at the address listed previously. All information provided by entrant must be complete, true and correct.
Submissions to the Contest must be received by Friday, October 21, 2016 at 7pm Eastern Time (“ET”) in order to be eligible; entries received after that date will be deemed ineligible to win. All submitted entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned; Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, damaged, illegible, or misdirected entries.
Each entry must be submitted on an individual basis (i.e., no team, joint, or corporate entries) and all components of the entry must be the original creation of the submitting participant. Only non-commercial work may be submitted. Entries may not contain profanity, nudity, pornographic images, violent images, anti-competition messages, illegal material, or material that violates the rights of third parties. Entries may not include confidential information, trade secrets, trademarks or copyrighted material belonging to any person or entity other than the entrant absent a suitable license or permission agreement, proof of which is required. Entries containing any forbidden matter or material otherwise deemed by Sponsor to be inappropriate will be disqualified. Online entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. Entrants may submit up to three entries.
JUDGING: Adjectives and Ribbon Riders will jointly select the top five entries based upon the criteria of originality, style, and relevance. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and that the decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. The top five entries will be posted online and in-store for voting by the public. Voting will close, and the potential winner will be notified October 27, 2016. Sponsor reserves the right not to select any winning submissions based upon the quantity or content of submissions.
PRIZE AWARDS: Potential winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release. If required documentation is not returned within two (2) business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes will be awarded within ten (10) days after winner verification. No prize substitution or transfer is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including cash, for any reason. All taxes and any other incidental expenses on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner.
GENERAL RULES & LIMITATIONS: By entering, you represent that: (i) your entry is your own original work; (ii) you own or have the rights to convey any and all right and title in any material submitted as part of your entry into the Contest; (iii) the entry has not been published or submitted to any other competition; and (iv) your entry does not infringe upon any third party’s rights, including but not limited to, copyright, patent or trademarks/trade names/logos, or rights of privacy or publicity. Photos must not include any identifiable persons without their permission.
By entering, you grant to Sponsor, Beneficiary, and their respective licensees the exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, promote, and republish at any time in the future and otherwise use your submission, along with your name and likeness, in any and all media for any purpose, without further permission, notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law).
By participating in the Contest, you agree to release Sponsor, Beneficiary, and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, or other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the Contest, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of entries, the announcement of the prizes, in any Contest-related materials, or that may limit prize fulfillment or a participant’s ability to enter the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these official rules and to disqualify permanently from the Contest any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules.
By entering, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
Participants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal and/or state courts in Florida; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damage, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
